Madeon – The City (The M Machine Remix)

The M Machine has done a great job of showing there versatility with there recent releases this year. Flawlessly mixing influences of electro, dubstep, and progressive house to make the perfect combination. This new remix of Madeon’s catchy original “The City” gives the pop anthem a completely new feel. Adding more progressive synths and complicated vocal chopping keeps the energy level higher than its ever been before and we love it. Take a listen for yourself and let us know what you think in the comments below.

Review: Madeon and Eric Prydz at Pacha NYC

Last Saturday, Madeon made his debut at Pacha NYC and blew the roof off the club like I’ve never seen there before. For those of you who don’t know Madeon’s mixing style it is a mix of various different Electro, Progressive, and Nu-Disco tracks all blended flawlessly into one monster mini mix. Further, he is honestly unlike any other artist you will ever see. He performs his productions live via his Novation Launchpad, which is something you just don’t see nowadays.
After the controversy surrounding Deadmau5’s comments about DJs who “push play” rather than actually DJ, many DJ’s and producers voiced their anger and disagreement with his point of view. Leave it to 18 year old Frenchman, Madeon to release a 92 song mini mix the day after Deadmau5’s ridiculous statement, showing him and us what a real DJ can do with a launch pad. I was completely blown away after hearing Madeon’s EDC NY set and was extremely excited to see him live at Pacha.
Madeon – 92 Track Mini Mix

After last weeks controversy with Deadmau5 Tumblr post I was hoping one DJ/Producer would come out with something that proves his “Just press play” theory wrong. Leave it to young Frenchman Madeon to take the stand and seamlessly mix 92 different tracks into a 5 minute mini mix featured on Annie Mac’s radio one. For any fans of Madeon, you may already know he doesn’t like to stick to one genre and with this mix he flawlessly mixes various genres to make a new orignal track. Enjoy!

Its absolutely ridiculous, mind that Wolfgang’s original was more to the progressive side which is not what he’s accustomed to make. Aylen and Kastra produced a hard electro/nu-disco feel that is impossible not to love. Enjoy and let us know what you think.
Madeon – Finale (Original Mix)

The 17 year old prodigy known as Madeon is back again with another Electro/Nu-Disco banger. This new track titled “Finale” features catchy male vocals followed by Disco esque synths that give an overall good feel and mood to the track. We here at Pachaholic see huge things for Madeon in the future and considering his flawless DJ skills we witnessed at EDC NY, we are sure he’s going to be the next big thing. Enjoy!
