DIRTY DUTCH PRESENTS: MIAMI 2013

Coming off the back of their biggest year yet, selling out triumphant homecoming shows at both the Ziggo Dome and Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam, as well as Brixton Academy in London, Chuckie and the Dirty Dutch crew will be touching down for a series of unique one-off shows during Miami Music Week 2013, with Chuckie playing two shows at Ultra Music Festival.
First up will be Dirty Dutch at world famous club Story in partnership with Vibe. Joining Chuckie will be a heavyweight lineup including Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Mord Fustang, Gregori Klosman, Betatraxx, GLOWINTHEDARK and Mitchell Niemeyer, as well as a very special guest. None other than Atlanta rapper and Brick Squad leading man Waka Flocka Flame will be completing the lineup, brining some eclectic swagger to proceedings and indulging Chuckie’s long-lived love affair with hip hop.
This will be followed by a special all-day Dirty Dutch label pool party at the SLS Hotel on Friday 22nd March before they head to Shelbourne Hotel for a third show to cap off the week on Sunday 24th March. Bringing together a huge lineup of the Dirty Dutch crew and their extended family, they will also be welcoming the one and only Slash from Guns N Roses to join Chuckie during his set. Once again proving their willingness to think outside the box and continuing to push the envelope of what is possible, this promises to be an extremely special occasion and definitely not to be missed.

Event Recap: Certified Trap at Gramercy Theater

(DJ Sliink & Pachaholic)

As expected, the Gramercy Theater was turned up on Saturday night, courtesy of DJ Sliink, Dirty South Joe, LOUDPVCK, FKi and special guest Swizzymack. Each artist brought their own unique style to the decks which resulted in a melting pot of unique and trapped out sounds. FKi kicked off the night in fine fashion, followed by the hard hitting sounds of Philly Club phenom Swizzymack. Swizzy is known for taking only the best and often rare vocals and flipping them into dance floor heaters. Check out his latest track below.

Swizzymack – HØØD

LOUDPVCK followed with energy and had a fine assortment of tracks that kept the crowd going crazy and wanting even more. Next up was Dirty South Joe, who absolutely destroyed the place. We’ve never seen so much energy in somebody while performing. All control was lost when he dropped Ace Hood’s “Bugatti” featuring Future & Rick Ross.

Last but not least was Newark, New Jersey born DJ Sliink, who brought his signature blend of sounds for everyone to hear. Successfully blending throwback hip hop tracks with his new current originals and remixes, Sliink was able to cap off an already successful night with a bang. He’s blasted onto the scene with force and was named one of VIBE Magazine’s “Top 30 DJs To Watch in 2013.” With that being said, we cannot wait to see what else DJ Sliink has in store for us throughout the rest of this year.

To wrap things up, the night was a blast. Gramercy Theater was live for the entire night, rightfully so. We were happy to be there and thrilled to be able to provide you with a recap. Turn up!

Wynter Gordon – Dirty Talk (Laidback Luke Remix) (GTA Bootleg)

Trap has been taking over at a rapid pace and I don’t think the movement is going to stop anytime soon. This new bootleg by Miami based GTA of the house classic “Dirty Talk” features all the perfect elements you can ask from a trap anthem. Using catchy vocal samples, sirens, high pitched bendy synths, and strong 808′s makes this a trap festival anthem. Enjoy!

Two of the top artists in the EDM scene have come together for the first time to create an electro anthem. The new single titled “Halo” produced by Dirty South and Deniz Koyu features Koyu’s signature bouncy synths as the into and Dirty Souths ambient synths to build up the energy in the track.
